The O6 Afterschool Program had a bittersweet farewell on yesterday. To celebrate the end of a successful year, they rewarded the students with pizza, certificates, and gifts! The bond the students grew with the teachers and facilitators was evident. The students even created art to show their gratitude for our family at the Original Six Foundation. We appreciate everything you do for our district and students!
We are excited to announce that the Tiger Drum Line is coming back and better under new leadership! Tryouts will be from 3:30 PM-5:00 PM starting Tuesday, May 6th through the 8th. Students come out to see if band is a good fit for you! No prior experience is required and we welcome all rising 8th-12th graders to attend! We hope to see you there as we work on rebuilding our band, one step at a time!

Can you believe we are already in the last week of April? The school year is winding down quickly!
On Monday, April 29th, we will celebrate Autism Awareness Month by inviting all students to wear blue tops with their uniform bottoms.
Looking ahead, Teacher Appreciation Week will be celebrated from Monday, May 5th through Friday, May 9th. Students are encouraged to participate by writing notes of appreciation to their teachers, and, if they wish, bringing in some of their teachers’ favorite items to show their gratitude.

This is a message from Allendale-Fairfax Middle School with a few important reminders as we head into a long break.
First and foremost, please remember that Spring Break will take place from Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25 for all students and staff.
Additionally, our Allendale County School District Community Board Meeting will be held at Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School on Monday, April 28. During this meeting, we will celebrate our Superintendent's Staff, Student, and Parent of the Month, and share important updates on student achievement, the district budget, and the many wonderful things happening across our schools. We hope you will join us!

To ensure students are prepared for the outdoor fun, please allow your child to bring the following items:

Congratulations to our Allendale-Fairfax Middle School Principal’s List and A/B Honor Roll Scholars! We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and academic achievement demonstrated during this grading period.
As a token of celebration and recognition, all students who earned a place on the Principal’s List or A/B Honor Roll are invited to participate in a Dress Down Day on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Students may dress down while still adhering to our district’s dress code policies.
