Note: We will be following the CDC guidelines for collecting instructional materials
• Everyone must wear masks and use the social distance 6ft guidelines at all times.
• Please use the schedule for textbook and device return by grade level, times and designated areas.
• Please be patient in the process as your child’s textbooks will be scanned and you will be provided
with a report of any missing library or textbooks.
• You may pay those fines at that time and a receipt will be provided. Also, your child’s device will be
inspected for correct serial numbers and any damage (i.e. cracks, shattered screens, etc. You will be
notified of such damage or if the device or textbook does not belong to your child.
• Your child’s belongings (i.e. jackets, bookbags, consumable textbooks, etc.) that were left at the
school will be compiled and labeled with his/her name and homeroom teacher’s name for pick-up.
• If you have multiple children at one school, please use the drop-off information for the oldest child
to prevent you from having to return more than once to that school.
• The only devices that will be received by the Technology Department located at the high school are
from high school students whose devices were checked out from that department during the school
year.
• Devices should be fully charged, and all locks/passcodes should be removed
